Melissa Taub is a native New Yorker and graduate of BFA Photo at the School Of Visual Arts (SVA). She is a documentary photographer who creates images that educate the global community. Memory, as well as the aftermath of trauma, is a continuous overarching theme in her work. With survivor grandparents, the memory of the Holocaust was a constant presence in her home while growing up. Melissa’s work speaks about both the collective and individual histories that must never be forgotten.
Melissa currently resides in Israel.
